I believe that each person has an innate compass that directs them towards living more fully. As your therapist, I will provide a safe and encouraging place for this to happen. I find it rewarding to sit with a fellow traveler on the journey to insight, growth, and healing.

I have experience working with the following issues:

• Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar, Adult ADD/ ADHD
• Relationship conflicts at home or at work
• Mid-life transitions
• Life after recovery from addictions, alcoholism
• Adult children and spouses/partners of substance-abusing loved ones

My work history includes eight years cumulative experience including the following: community mental health counseling, addiction counseling, and adolescent treatment. I also have over 20 years experience with Al-Anon and other 12 step programs.

I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling, and am working toward licensure. I am unable to accept insurance at this time. Hourly rate is $65.00 per 50 minute session. Sliding scale available for those in financial hardship, and I offer a 30 minute free consultation to help both of us decide whether I’m the right counselor for you.
