WOMEN OF SIZE
We live in a culture that’s obsessed with weight – especially women’s weight. If you’ve bought into the notion that you won’t be worthy until your body shrinks, this group will support you in changing your mind and loving yourself now. Self-esteem is hard to maintain at the best of times, and when prejudice tells you you’re not okay the way you are, you’re at a distinct disadvantage. Don’t say yes to low self-esteem – you deserve to feel great about yourself! This group is now forming, and a pre-interview is required. Once the group is full, it will be closed to new members. For more information, please call Tina Gilbertson at 503.544.6179 or visit www.womenofsizegroup.info.

These include psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, social skills training and exposure through behavioral experiments. Group meets Monday nights, 6:15pm-7:45pm at 37 SW Jefferson St. A pre-interview is required. For more information, please call Tina Gilbertson at 503.544.6179 or visit www.socialanxietygroup.info.
